Who we are

RTP Property Solutions provides snow removal, lawn care and seasonal cleanup in Iron County, Michigan. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send the estimate form we receive what you type in it: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the service you need, and the property address or details.

When you call or text us, we see your phone number and keep the message thread so we can follow up.

Like every website, our web host keeps standard server logs: your IP address, your browser type, and the pages you open. We use them only to keep the site secure and working, not to identify you.

How we use it

To answer your request, come look at the property, and send you a price.

To schedule and carry out the work you ask for, and to invoice it.

To follow up on an open request. We do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.

Text messages

When you send the form or text us, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or tell us by phone or email.

We never sell or share your phone number for anyone else's marketing.

Who sees it

Only RTP Property Solutions, and the companies that run this website and deliver your message to us. Each one handles your information only to do its one job for us.

Hostinger hosts the website and keeps the server logs. Resend delivers the email copy of your estimate request to our inbox. Twilio delivers the text copy to our phone. Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, so Google's servers see your IP address when a page loads.

We do not use AI tools to read, sort or answer what you send us. A person reads it.

We do not sell your information. We share it only when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies or trackers. If we add basic visit counting later, we will say so here first, and it will be used to count visits, not to identify you.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests that reach us by email or text stay in our inbox and on our phone, with the customer records for any work we do, as business records.

If the email copy cannot be delivered, the website keeps the request on its own server so it is not lost. Those server copies are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Ask us and we will delete what we hold about you, unless we have to keep it for tax or legal records.

This site is for adults arranging property services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
