About RTP
Local people.
Local property care.
An owner-operated property care company based in Crystal Falls, Michigan.
Our Story
Built in Iron County, for Iron County.
RTP started with one truck, one plow and a simple promise: show up when we say we will, and do the job right.
Ryan grew up here. He knows which roads drift first, which driveways ice up and how fast a summer lawn gets away from you. That local knowledge rides along every time the RTP truck pulls in.
Today we take care of driveways in winter and lawns in summer for homes, cabins and businesses across the county. We answer the phone ourselves, and we treat your property like it's on our own street.
